For over fourteen years, Learning Centres have been giving students outstanding value that, when compared to other available options, is more than their time’s worth and accordingly, the parents receive more than their money’s worth.

Parents often search fruitlessly for a good source of maths tuition, going from centre to centre and trying endless home tutors, who typically start the ‘lesson’ with, “…and what would you like help with today?”  All a student knows is that he or she can’t do the work or find the attempts to do the work agonizing… the student cannot be expected to prescribe the solution for their own problem.

This waste of time and money, doing a trial and error search for quality help for the children, is very sad, indeed.  The tutors charge money to often assist with homework and thereby prove to the student they can never successfully achieve this work independently.  It’s a pity so many tuition providers have no means of comprehensively assessing the student’s maths skills and needs.  Then, regardless of this, the students find themselves in a group tuition situation with 10 to 30 other students.

Mathematics, done the way, begins with an assessment and often supplementary testing to ‘zero-in’ on just where the student began to have difficulty with their maths foundations.  These missing building blocks in maths foundations have made all ensuing work more difficult, time consuming and frustrating than it should have ever been.  Mathematics, done the way, fixes the foundations and gives students the ability to achieve higher results independently.
